We no longer accept any type of bedding. We will accept t-shirts or towels and a toy (preferably latex) to make your pet feel more comfortable, though we cannot be responsible if lost or destroyed.

guests must be in good health with current vaccination records. Any pet with signs
of infestation will be bathed at the owner's expense. Medication (tablets) and/or
vitamins will be administered at a minimal fee. Injections will be administered
at a cost of $3.00 each.
Note: Absolutely no aggressive pets will be accepted.
A Credit card is required to hold all reservations. First stay requires a minimum two night reservation or a surcharge will apply.
Cancellations and Early Returns
Due to the increasing amount of no shows, late cancellations and early pick ups,
we have been forced to implement the following policies.
Please keep in mind that we are holding a reservation for your pet(s). Customers sometimes forgot that our facility is often full and due to this, we must refuse other requests, therefore turning business away. In most cases, if a client does not cancel in a timely fashion, we are unable to re-book the accommodation which creates lost revenue.
All reservations require a credit card (Visa or MC) to book and hold the reservation.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required (a full day prior to expected arrival). No cancellation notice, or one less than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival, will result in a charge to your credit card. The charge will be no less than the cost of 1 night and no greater than the cost of 3 nights, and will be based on the length of the reservation. This applies for each pet that is scheduled to board.
Early Return Policy
We're happy that you can pick up your pet early but you MUST let us know at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Early return creates a significant problem when you do not notify us prior to arrival. If bathing and/or grooming is necessary, those services are usually done the day of departure. Discharge paperwork also requires time that we may not have without prior notice.
Again, when we are full and you return early without notice, it leaves space which we may not be able to fill, creating vacancies and loss in revenue. A 24 hour notice is required or you will be charged for the complete number of days booked.
