What to Expect for Boarding

It's completely normal to be nervous about your pets first "staycation". We assure you that they are in good hands and will be very well taken care of as if they were our own!

Boarding check-ins and outs are from 7-9 AM, 12-1 PM, and 4-6 PM on weekdays.
Boarding check-ins and outs are from 9 AM-3 PM on the weekends.
We prefer that you provide individual pre-portioned bags of food for your pet’s daily meals to due to limited storage space, but this is NOT required. If you would like us to save the baggies for you, please notify us upon check-in. If no food is brought, we will provide your pet with our house food, RAWWBLE Lamb Diet, and a $5.00 charge per meal will appear on your final invoice. We can also provide chicken and rice to your pet for $5.00 per meal.

*Our facility provides raised beds, stainless steel bowls, and blankets for each pet. We do not recommend bringing your own beds or blankets in case they need to be washed prior to their departure. We want to ensure that all items are returned back to you promptly upon check-out.

*We strive to get the best pictures of your pet in action daily for their pawgress reports, but cannot guarantee numerous photos during busy or holiday weeks. Please feel free to call and check-in anytime during their stay.
